A recently built, fully air-conditioned three bedroom apartment located in the most sought after town of St Julian’s. The location of the property is undoubtedly one of the best in Malta, just a short walk away from the most sought after St Julian’s Promenade and close to all amenities including grocery shops, retail shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport.

Neighborhood info

St Julians is a popular seaside destination loved by both locals and tourists alike. This little town is very well connected, enabling you to access various parts of the island easily by bus. Just minutes away you can walk to the nearest sandy and rocky beaches, eat at some of the best restaurants, or enjoy a cocktail at some of the island’s best known bars. St Julians is also a perfect spot to watch the sunrise, while enjoying a dip in the sea (if the weather permits). Malta’s best known nightlife spot is also within a walking distance, where a variety of clubs, ranging from Hip Hop to House and even Salsa can be found. For a more romantic touch, during the summer evenings you can enjoy a boat ride around the quaint bay of this seaside town, which will also take you to nearby villages – allowing you to admire this part of the island from a different angle.
