A beautiful, elegant and bright 3 bedroom apartment on the Ta’ Xbiex Marina offering spectacular views from it’s front terrace. Perfectly located with easy access to Sliema and the charming capital city of Valletta, this apartment is the perfect spot of luxury for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. This convenient and comfortable apartment is fully equipped just like a home away from home. Great kitchen facilities and a spacious dining and living space with a Smart TV and Free high speed WiFi make staying in as fantastic as going out to explore what Malta has to offer. Fully air-conditioned and furnished to very high standards, the property comes with 3 double bedrooms and also 3 bathrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 persons. Other amenities include a Washing Machine, Iron and Iron Board, Hair Dryer, Linen and Towels. The property is conveniently located next to various restaurants and coffee shops, public transport and the beautiful Promenade. During summer, you can also have a dip in the Mediterranean sea as the rocky beach is only a 5 min walk away. For the evening one can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk along the Promenade.

Neighborhood info

Take a walk along the Ta' Xbiex seafront promenade and dream about owning one of the fabulous berthed yachts. The promenade leads to Gzira and then Sliema on one end, and to Msida and eventually Valletta on the other. Head to the Msida Yacht Marina to admire the beautiful mansions on one side and large boats on the other. When you get to the Black Pearl, take the time to sit for a while on the pier for a simple way to enjoy the luxury of a gorgeous view of Valletta and Floriana's majestic bastions from the Yacht Marina, in the company of several lazy cats. You may also enjoy a snack from one of the cafe's nearby.
