This apartment has just been completely refurbished throughout. It has two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. There is a shower room with sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. There is a second toilet with sink. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, toaster and kettle and is well equipped with everything you should need. It does not have a dishwasher. The living and dining area has two sofas, dining table, cabinets and a TV where you can watch Netflix, YouTube and TV Channels. The living room has access to the large roof terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular seaviews with morning coffee or drinks in the evening watching the wonderful sunsets. There is an air-conditioning unit in each bedroom for warm or cool and a ceiling fan in the living room. If you have family or friends and would like to be together, Apartments 5 and 6 have adjoining doors so you can live separately but be next to each other. Apartments 7 and 8 are the same.

We aim to provide the very best we can in our holiday properties so that our guests really enjoy their time. We have high standards and expect things to be right for you, as we would like to enjoy ourselves on we are on holiday, but we do not always find this. If something happens to be not right, or something breaks down, we do our very best to correct it as quickly as is possible, with minimum disturbance to our guests. We enjoy meeting people from many different countries and making everyone feel special and welcome. We will welcome you in at the property when you arrive, show you around and then leave you to enjoy your time. If you need anything we live just 5 minutes away. We look forward to your booking, and welcoming you when you arrive. We are sure you will enjoy our holiday apartment.
Sunshine apartments are situated in a quiet location at Qawra point, set among the villas. The sea is just across the road if you fancy an early morning, or later evening, swim. You can relax on sunchairs with umbrellas on the beachfront, and there are two cafes There is a shop for groceries about 350m away on the promenade. There are a couple of restaurants 2 minutes walk and several more on the promenade in Qawra, a 10 minute walk, or in Bugibba, a 15 minute walk. The National Aquarium is across the road and has a restaurant. There is a Classic Car Museum about 12 minute walk, as is Bugibba Bus Terminal where you can get a bus to various locations around Malta. There are car rental and bicycle rental businesses close-by. Cafe del Mar is across the road where you can spend the day by the infinity pool. There's music and food available and makes a great day for relaxation. Ta Fra Ben is a restaurant in the evening and during the day, has a lido to spend the day in. This is just across the road too. It is great location.
