A newly renovated apartment with garden and swimming pool view. Beach, supermarkets, restaurants and foreign exchange services all within 5 minutes walk! The are 3 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom (ensuite) has a Double Bed. The second room also has a Double Bed, whereas the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have Air Conditioner. The living room has a flat screen smart TV. There is an indoor dining table and an additional dining area on the terrace, facing the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove top, grill oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, pans, dishware and cutlery. There is also a private laudry area outside at the back of the property, whereby there is a washing machine, extra chairs and cleaning materials. Housekeeping can be provided at an additional charge, subject to availability. Free parking on-site, also subject to availability.
