Enjoy the charming view of the city center from the balconies, where you'll get sights like Palacio de Bellas Artes and Monumento a la Revolución; you will also witness beautiful sunsets while enjoying a refreshing beverage after a long day around. Let yourself be swept by these new apartments in one of the City's most charming areas, complete with a well-lit common area with a living room, a balcony, a very comfortable dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. You will have black-out blinds for the privacy and rest you desire. The apartments are located in a new building; with an elevator, parking, and security personnel. You can use all areas of your apartment, including the balcony.

Neighborhood info

The Tabacalera neighborhood had its' origins in 1898 when a tobacco factory was established near the City's center, and the surroundings began to be occupied by the workers of this factory; This is why it gets its name. In 1898 the Plaza de la República was inaugurated, and the construction of the new Legislative Palace began, an unfinished project that would later become the iconic "Monumento a la Revolución" where the National Museum of the Revolution is. In addition to the monument, there are other places of interest, such as: * Fronton Mexico (site of the 1968 Olympic Games. It is said that a portion of the building was made with leftover marble from the "Palacio de Bellas Artes") * El Moro building (it is considered one of the first skyscrapers in Mexico City) * National Museum of San Carlos * Theater of the Republic Here, you'll be only a few minutes away from other trendy neighborhoods such as Condesa, Roma, and Polanco.
