Our neighborhood is at a residential green area with a small local park Ombligo Verde at Downtown Cancun, walking distance is 3 supermarkets, local restaurants at local price, Mercado 28 (hand-craft Mexican market), Plazas Outlet (Very nice shopping mall with top brands at outlet prices, restaurants, coffee shop, movie theater). Also is the bus R2 to go to all the beaches (first beach is 15 min by bus), or taxi to go in 10 min to the dock to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres, or taxi to go in 8 min to Bus Station ADO (buses to Playa del Carmen, Tulum Ruins, Chichen Itza Ruins, Merida, Belize).
