I think it has all been said, but Silvia is a super hostess with a fantastic place to stay. We would rent from her again in a heartbeat. 5 stars is not enough to express how we feel. Silvia, thank you from Shirley and I both. You are the best!

The best definitely is the host Silvia, she’s great and help you with everything you need. The house is very nice also, apartment is big and the pool is great too. The kitchen has the basics for your need and if you nisso something Silvia will make sure to make it happen. Also I felt very safe at the property, the house is located inside q condo with private security and only residents can access.

Clean, extremely comfortable bed, on a regular bus route, and before we arrived we asked the owner to pick us up some snacks and cervazas as we were not arriving until after midnight. She arranged transportation and food and drink was waiting for us. The kitchen was a godsend as my wife is a chef and loves to cook. All in all it was a fantastic 10 days. Thanks again. Silvia is a wonderful person, she arranged transportation from and to airport . she drove me shopping and she took our laundry with her to Laundry shop too. place was very good for sure. just few remarks to note, she has 3 dogs , so if yo are not a dog person then !!, also curtains are not thick enough nor blackout type so you will have some light and privacy will not be at 100%. finall remark about location, place in great villa and inside secure upscale neighborhood , but it takes about 4 minutes walk to gate then you need one bus/taxi to downtown and second bus to Hotel zone and beaches.other than that great host and place.

We booked this stay last minute, but it was such a great choice! We really liked it, a quite stay with birds arounds us in the middle of Cancun. It is not close to the "hotel area" but that is what we really loved. It felt like more Mexico. We had a car, and would recommend that to everyone, as you need a car to get around in Cancun, and for sure if you want to stay here :). But well recommended! We loved it! We would definitely come back!

The place is pritty much everything a civilazed person can want. Comfy bed with smooth sheets, shower, coffee, fan, AC, pool, everything was right, but the real jam is the host Silvia. She offerd us help when was most need it. I do not want to bore with details, but really, thank you Silvia once again you are an ANGEL. Thank you, Thank you. When we arrived she said - feel like home and then became our guarding angel. Thank you for everything you did for us, we love you.
