The Mexican architect and decoration of the common areas was nice. The room was with enough space and decent place to storage your belongings.

The hosts were gracious in checking me in at a later hour, gave me a quieter room like I requested. I also loved that they were very gay friendly, posting gay and transgender support flags throughout the property. The location is excellent, with many shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes in a cute walking-style neighborhood, and a good mix of mexican and non-mexican establishments. Zona Rosa is a wonderful location to stay at, particularly if you're LGBTQ+. The WiFi was also excellent, and the common areas are kept very clean and tidy.

Excellent value for the excellent location - with easy access to bars, restaurants, metro, small supermarkets, souvenir market. Everything needed for a simple stay was available - bed was comfortable, the shower produced warm water (if left on for some time) however with rather weak pressure. The room was on a lower floor, so curtains had to stay closed unless you don't mind sharing your life with the whole street. The street was not too noisy. Bottle of water was provided, there was water to refill and possibility to make tea. Soap and shampoo.

The manager and staff were very attentive. I requested to be changed to a different room as the bar next door was too loud and I needed some rest after a long flight. The manager kindly accepted my request and the new room was fantastic , for which I recommend the room with a balcony to the Amberes street (upper floor). The mattress was also better at this second room. The location is probably the best one you'll get for this price in Zona Rosa.There are plenty of food options and bars and the metro station is around 150 meters away.

Great location! In Centro Historico - many touristic spots in walking distance, a loooot of good restaurants right behind the corner, street food stands, shops. Safe neighbourhood - police station on the next street. Very comfortable room: enough space, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Very nice and kind host!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful despite the fact that I only speak a little Spanish. Room was clean. The wifi worked great. Very simple checking in and out. I felt very safe with the police station close by.
