Ideally located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, in the historic "5 de diciembre" neighborhood, you will be a few steps from the Camarones beach and the Malecón.This accommodation has all the necessary equipment to guarantee a perfect stay. "Le Petit Bonheur" celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2024, and was completely renovated in June 2023. Located a few steps from the "Camarones" beach and the famous Malecón, in the historic center of Puerto Vallarta, this studio invites you to stay in the heart of the authentic Puerto Vallarta. The apartment, under beams and air-conditioned, opens to a bedroom with a comfortable living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a white quartz countertop, and a full bathroom. On the terrace, you will enjoy a comfortable and beautifully decorated relaxation area equipped with a chair, a dining table and plants that make this moment relaxing. In order to offer you optimal comfort, this accommodation benefits from top quality sheets, towels and mattresses, an American and Italian coffee machine, drinking water (filter) and a fully equipped kitchen, a very good wifi and Smart TV (with Netflix, HboMax and Paramount included).

Located in the northern part of the city, starting in the ocean and reaching the mountains, the area is a combination of new luxury houses and condominiums and older traditional houses. The area is well located, with easy access to the beaches, the Malecón, fantastic shops and restaurants, not to mention one of the best seafood, fresh fruit and vegetable markets in the city. The Colonia 5 de diciembre combines the feeling of Old World Mexico with all the necessary comforts to lead a very comfortable life. And because of the mix of people here, it really feels like a neighborhood rather than just a tourist destination.
