PLEASE READ: You will be staying in my home , Not a hotel. Please look after it. Airbnb's concept is connecting people who want to rent out their homes to earn some income from their property. Here are some house rules, please read before you book As this is our second home (we only have this one listing - it is a true family home. )We humbly request that you treat it as your own. -Check in after 3pm. Check out before 11am. -Keep clean. -DO NOT move any furniture. -NO alcohol Party. -NO Durians. -Quiet time after 10pm. -Keep all the windows shut when you leave as the rain may wet the floors and beds. -NO shoes in the house. -You are welcome to use any utensils you wish but you MUST clean up after yourselves. -Our apartment sleeps 8 comfortably. For extra guests please inform us in advance. We are able to arrange up to two extra mattresses at RM30 each. This will include towels and utilities. -Be honest about the number of guests . We reserve the right to turn away those who are not registered to stay or request a penalty of RM60 per extra guest.
