This is a luxury 2-storey bungalow built on 4,000 sqf land with 3,200 sqf built-up. It is tastefully furnished and fully equipped with kitchen and culinary. The property is gated and guarded with 24X7 security to ensure safety of the guests. This villa has ample space and able to accommodate approximately 20 guests. Ideal location for hosting family gathering, festive season / birthday / anniversary / graduation celebration, wedding proposal or company outing. BBQ and steamboat utensils will be provided upon request. A rm250/- refundable** cash deposit is needed. It comes with 6 rooms, 5 toilets with total 11 single beds and 3 airbeds to cater for standard 14 adults. Kids below 8 stays free (max4) . Additional charge of SGD10 or RM30 for extra guests (include airbed, blanket and pillow). 1 Smoking in the house is disallowed 2 Charges for loss of key RM20/-, Remote Controller RM120/- and others at market value + service charges 3 No wearing of outside shoes in the house 4 Guest will be charged for excessive usage of water and electricity. A reinstating fee of rm160/- to be levied, if use of owned heating appliances causes the black-out. 5 Please keep voice down after 10pm to maintain peaceful ambient for the neighbors 6 Please keep the house clean and put rubbish in garbage bags provided 7 Please tie up garbage bags and put in the Dustbin outside the house during stay and when check-out 6 Check-in time is after 3pm. Villa is Self check-in ready via smart lock 7 Check-out latest by 11am. A fee of rm30/- per 30 mins or Part-off will be charge after 11am. 8 Please do the followings before check-out: -Move back all bulky items (ie. Mattress, bed frame, tables, chair and other furniture) to original position. Additional fee service will be charged if additional manpower required -Put all rubbish into trash bin outside -Clean up all used culinary, BBQ pit, steamboat and kitchen and surrounding -Remove own food / drink inside the fridge

The property is gated and guarded. Upon arrival, please drive to Security Gantry to register with the Security Guard. Multiple cars are allowed and could park along the road outside the house. While we will not be at the house during your stay, feel free to contact us with any questions! We also have a lot of local recommendations to share. For check-in, either myself or my friendly coordinator will be there to assist you. Check-in time is after 3pm and If require late check-in, we will send you instruction and pin to do self check-in with smart lock. There are a lot of activities for vacation goers or outings such as Desaru Ostrich Farm, Desaru Fruit Farm (go-cart, Paint Ball etc . Please make reservation), Desaru Crocodile Farm, Fireflies Park, Waterfront Theme Park (due to open in Jun 2018), Golfing (18 and 27 holes). The house is very close to nearby amenities with many shops and eating places about 10 minutes walk from the house. Bristol, Spa and Shopping Mall are also within 5 minutes drive.
