People were jumping in the swimming pool with clothes. No hygiene. Housekeeping staff was indifferent and rude. No Indian cuisine. When asked for cutlery in the room they said it's chargeable. Only 2 bottles of drinking water was provided each day

All was ok except TV was not working and technician took forever to arrive and finally was change to another room. Breakfast was late and had to keep chasing several times. Breakfast arrive half an hour late
Upon check-in, the greeting at the concierge and reception area was amazing. I booked a total of 3 rooms for bride and groom wedding preparation and post wedding staycation. The location and scenery were beautiful for my photoshoot as well. We were allowed to use the venue for a little shoot without interruption as I've requested prior approval from hotel management. We were also allowed early check-in at 1.30pm for my 2 other rooms. Very accommodative.
Located in the quieter part of Sunway Geo Avenue, easy access to shops (f&b, health & beauty, grocery) and located next to BRT station for us to hop on to Sunway Pyramid.
Excellent hosts who give clear directions to the room, and are always a text or call away.
The room is clean, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Excellent stay if you want uninterrupted rest and don't want to have spa appointments.
Good 24/7 security. 👍👍👍

The jacuzzi is superb. Many public parking available. The room & bathroom come with window view. The room design, bed is comfy. The receiption area is great & the staff efficiency. They even comes with floor mat is a big plus.
The location is very convinience. In 1 place has fsst food and supermarket 24 hours. It's easy just few minutes walk from hotel to buy food. Is only parking is very limited. That area is very busy road.
1. The convenient location to Sunway Pyramid
2. Decent breakfast buffet
3. Helpful staff - getting a band aid for my daughter as she got a finger cut at swimming pool area
Room was not cleaned, even the bed sheets were not changed. Everything was left just like that. Housekeeping didn't do their job, no towel. Please stay away from this hotel.
