The location of this hotel was really nice; just beside the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. The Club Lounge was very pleasant. The toilet's door lacks a door in the Club lock which is very embracing for families with young kids. |

Don't get confused between Sunway Resort hotel (5 stars) and Sunway Pyramid (4 stars). they are adjacent, but check what you have paid for. elevators to upper rooms in Sunway Pyramid tower hotel is one level below the receiption, and you have to use the stairs one level down to reach the elevator that will take you up !! Unexpected problem. |

Theme park near the hotel, Mall near the hotel, good facilities and room service. They changed my room upon request to a Lagoon facing room. Entertaining. Buffet breakfast was very good On the bed back, oily hand marks were stamped and not cleaned properly. I think some cleaning personnel needs little training, but this is not serious drawback as the rest of the room was clean. |

is is so easy to reach the water park (2 min walkong) and additional to that the breakfast was so excellent. I thik the area deserve Max. 1 to 2 days to stay on. Games of Water park which near by the hotel are old games and need to be renewed or changed |

at least the restaurant food... it's old for the room...internet, should come as part of the package...this is not a budget hotel, where would expect to have the tools available, like iron...howeve this is centralized...dissapointed. |

Convenient with the shopping mall and food variety available in the area To check into the hotel we were left standing at the front desk for over an hour with complication over booking payment. It was not very pleasent and staff at the front desk were not freindly. The hotel's central airconditioning was too cold the place was freezing. |
