The food if you the right place to go to. If you like Bak Kut Teh, there are a couple of shops which are good in P.Klang and Bukit Tinggi area. Lots of cafes. Traffic jams are daily affair and if you plan your time you may avoid the long jam. Explore the jetties & Crab Island if you have the time. Seafood is really fresh.

Klang is a convenient location to discover KL and its surroundings - we visited KL downtown, the Batu Caves, Genting Highlands and Putrajaya while staying in Klang, reasonably near but far enough from the crowds. But Klang itself is worth a visit too: we warmly recommend the free Klang Heritage Walk with a professional guide from Tourism Selangor, every Sat and Sun at 9am at the Royal Gallery.

I am Malay Muslim. There were 1 area nearby hotel that has restaurants, opposite KFC, however it closed at 10pm. I finished work at 11pm. It is so hard to find an alternative place to eat.
