Set in Melaka, near Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum, Straits Chinese Jewelry Museum Malacca and Menara Taming Sari, The Opposite Place features a garden. The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 500 metres from The Stadthuys. The property offers soundproof units and is situated 200 metres from Cheng Hoon Teng Temple. All units are fitted with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fridge, a coffee machine, a bidet, slippers and a wardrobe. Each unit is fitted with a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while some rooms have a patio and some have garden views. At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. The Opposite Place is a pre-war building located on one of the narrow side streets at the old district of Melaka, some called the Chinatown. The house has two private rooms on the first floor and a dessert cafe on the ground floor.
Hi everyone, The old quarter of Malacca is small but lots to be discovered and I have 600 years of gossips to share with you.
Jonker Walk is less than a minute walk from the guesthouse. There are many eateries, antique stores and sightseeings nearby. Perfect location to explore the local culture.
