The house is a spacious classic villa with a rustic feeling located right next to the city center. Many of the rooms have great views of nature, the sea and nearby mountains. If you want to experience the traditional Norwegian lifestyle, this house is perfect for you. Great for big groups with two dishwashers and 2,5 bathrooms with heated floors. The lighting is dim to warm LED lights which create a cozy atmosphere. The Eurospar Supermarket about 250 meters away makes it very convenient even without a car. Free parking for up to 3 cars can be arranged. 2 cars without asking. The bus conection into the city center is about 150 meters from the house and buns run very frequently, especially in rush hours. The park next door and spacious garden is a nice place to watch the northern lights and enjoy a campfire. Fiber internet and mesh routers from Google make internet conection fast and very stable. The big sauna in the basement and double showers make a great place to warm up and relax after outdoor adventures. If you want to take a walk it is possible to walk into town along the ocean or take the southbound trail to the beach of "Telegrafbukta" which is a perfect spot to watch the Northern Lights or even take a swim in the summer (or winter...). Big comfortable beds, down pillows, and duvets make your sleep comfortable and warm. Interconnected fire alarm and several fire extinguishers make sure you are safe also at night. The house is designed to be relaxing and to remove the stress of traveling. Enjoy a cozy evening with a hot cup of chocolate or maybe a glass of wine ;) We are continuously improving the space and take pride in listening to suggestions from our guests.

The south part of Tromsøya named "Bjerkaker" is an area where a lot of people in Tromsø live. It has a lot of nice spaces in between houses with old high birch trees and nice walking paths. The sun comes early to this part of Tromsø and so does spring.
