Built in 1877, the historic Marlborough B & B is set on 7 acres of lovely gardens. It offers luxurious accommodations with free WiFi, free breakfast and a private patio with garden views. Marlborough B & B is 4.3 mi from the beach at Cloudy Bay, and 10 minutes' drive from Blenheim. It is 15 minutes’ drive from the Picton Ferry Interislander Terminal. Originally built in 1877, Woodside is one of the oldest homes in the Marlborough Region and is listed with the NZ Historic Places Trust.17 walnut trees adorn the property and you are more than welcome in late summer to gather walnuts from our orchard
Steve & Nanette Kirk, daughter Natalie (and family dogs, Paddy and Flynn) look forward to warmly welcoming you to their lovely historic home. Steve and Nanette emigrated from England to New Zealand in 1995 and Natalie is ‘100% Pure’ New Zealander
Marlborough is a world famous wine producing region and we are just 5 minutes drive from the start of the wine trail with over 40 cellar doors. Wine is not the only gem to be found in Marlborough, it is a gourmet’s paradise with world class olive oil, seafood, and fruit and vegetables all being produced in the region. we can organise a wine tour either private, or part of a group, or if you are feeling fit we can book you on a Wine Tour by Bike. We are just 18km (15 minutes drive) from the charming seaside township of Picton, home to the Picton Interisland Ferries, and the set off point to explore the Marlborough Sounds with its unspoiled wilderness of native forest reaching down to secluded beaches and clear blue water - hike, bike, take a cruise.
