Make the most of the wonderfully located modern four-bedroom townhouse that is close to the CBD, Newmarket, and the Airport. With St Luke's about 10-15 minutes away, you can choose from a range of cafes, restaurants and bars. Make a day of it and head into the CBD and visit iconic attractions such as Sky Tower, Viaduct Harbour, Museum and Art Gallery. Walk into the open plan living area of this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse and instantly feel at home. With modern finishes, the house is light and airy with ranch sliders that open onto the back garden area. Cook up a storm in the modern kitchen with all the appliances you would expect including a 5-ring gas burner, oven, double-door fridge and double sink. The lounge has welcoming couches that you can sink into with the large screen TV perfect for chilling out and watching Netflix.
