Feel free to park your cars on the street; it's a quiet, no-exit end street with plenty of spaces. You can also drive in and park on side by my garage door. Your private entrance leads to a comfortable living room with a stylish dining area and a well-appointed kitchen, boasting stoves, dishwasher, full-size fridge, and a handy mini oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials, including a rice cooker. Relax on the 2-seater couch or enjoy entertainment on the large flat-screen TV with Netflix. The private bathroom features a shower and a washing machine, with all necessary essentials provided. Both bedrooms provide spacious tranquility with 2 very comfortable Queen size beds; one room equipped with a TV with Chromecast/Netflix, the other featuring an iMac and couch. An ample sofa bed accommodates extra guests, with full bedding and towels provided, along with extras for additional guests. Your own backyard and expansive deck await, offering a retreat exclusively yours. A new heat pump dryer is now available for shared use in the main house garage. Feel free to send a message if you wish to utilize it. Your stay includes provisions of fresh milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, 2 bottles of water, kitchen and bathroom essentials, laundry powder, clean linens and towels. Please note that the house is not suitable for parties or events, and noise after 9:00 pm is strictly prohibited. To ensure a harmonious environment for all guests and our family residing next to it, we kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining quiet nights.
