The 3 bedrooms offer plenty of space and the third bedroom is the ideal setup for the kids to chill in. Enjoy sunshine any time of the day with the generous wrap around deck. Relax on the loungers and hammock, or enjoy the seamless indoor/outdoor flow and fire up the BBQ for an easy meal with your group. The expansive yard allows plenty of space for the kids to play and throw a ball around. You’ll love the close proximity to the beach, just 2 minutes walk for a quick dip in the water or take your boogie boards down and catch some waves. Head into town, just 10 minutes walk away and explore Pauanui, and play a round of golf at The Lakes golf course. It's easy to unwind at Paradise at Pauanui. Your next beach escape awaits. Just over 2 hours from Auckland, Pauanui is one of the most popular holiday towns in the Coromandel.
