It is very convenient with a lot of restaurants, cafes and even a supermarket within the building. It is also an easy commute to other places like Ortigas and Manila. Whether you're craving a relaxing getaway or an extended stay, you'll adore this exquisite unit adorned with trendy IKEA furnishings. ❗️IMPORTANT TO READ BEFORE BOOKING❗️ 1. The property management STRICTLY requires the following for all guests: - a copy of a valid ID (Passport for foreigners) - signed guest authorization form with all guests' details These are to be completed 2 DAYS before check-in date. 2. Check in and check out times: Check in: 2pm Check out: 11am 3. Pool access is limited to 2 guests only and it comes with a fee. P150/head on regular days and P300/head during holidays. 4.
