Great Location for the airport, but also for the excellent area of Villamor nearby. The host was great about contact before our visit, and the caretaker is excellent - really helpful and kind. The property was perfect for us and we highly recommend this place.

Our property is situated in Pasay City. We are near the airport, 30 mins away from NAIA Terminal 1 and 5 mins from NAIA Terminal 3. The nearest mall is the Newport Mall which is a 2-minute walk from Parkside Villas and houses the casino Resorts World Manila. Newport Mall have activities and bazaar during weekends and have different restaurants that caters different cuisines, prices range from affordable to expensive. The Island Spa inside the Newport Mall is highly recommended if you want to unwind and have a soothing and relaxing massage. The closest convenient store is 7/11 which is a 3-minute walk. For all the golfers out there, we are next to the Villamor Airbase Golf Course. We do not have any details for this however we encourage you to reach out to them via their website or landline to know more details. We are close to some of the most exciting Metro in the Philippines like Makati City, SM Mall of Asia, and Bonifacio Global City. You can hail a cab in the Newport Mall or conveniently book an Uber or Grab Taxi. Our neighborhood is safe. Our community have our own security guards and the Newport Mall which is right next to us have outdoor CCTV cameras all around the Mall to ensure the safety of the pedestrians. The kids can enjoy activities in Newport Mall, play in the Kid's Playground inside the property, or swim in the outdoor pool.
