Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is a fully-furnished, air conditioned unit with bedroom located at Paseo Verde Condominium in Las Piñas City. Room is on 7th floor which is very accessible to Sky Garden, a common (terrace) area of the condo building. Our apartment is like a typical home. It is not the same as hotel with beautiful and luxurious facilities. Though it is simple, it is neat and comfortable. It is also equipped with basic cooking utensils that you may use during your stay. There is a refrigerator, ceramic electric stove, electric kettle, and other basic cooking equipment for cooking. It has its own toilet and bath with hot/cold shower, a comfortable bed with fresh and clean sheets, and also a hair dryer. Room has a 40-inch Android Smart TV with Netflix which you may enjoy for free. Wifi is also free with a speed of up to 100mbps. The condominium has a shallow-end swimming pool. This amenity is free of use for long term guests (1 month ++) and with minimal fee for short term guests. Swimming Pool is open every Tuesday to Sunday, 8am to 7pm. Gym is open everyday, 6am to 7pm and it is free regardless of your length of stay. Parking is free for motorcycle only which is located at the basement of each tower while for cars, there is a designated area for free daytime parking from 6am-6pm only. Pay Parking is also available which needs to be arranged prior to arrival. This costs Php200 per day and payable directly to us host.

It is a quiet place to stay and just right in the center of the city. It is very accessible to convince stores, church, mall, hospital, market, and airport (NAIA).
