Nice, quiet place with a reasonable restaurant and friendly stuff. Close to the airport, downtown and the busy life in that part of Puerto Princesa.

When reservation was made, contacted them about the underground river cruise and was under the impression everything was organized until we arrived there and were quite disappointed. Their wifi leaves a lot to be desired. No space in the room to unpack and hang clothes.

The place is clean and the service is good. The room is basic but comfortable. The pool is nice. Their tour provider is excellent!

I would prefer they provide coffee or tea makers in the room instead of getting coffee at the restaurant. Pool towels are not always available.

A bit far from the center but that not really a major issue.

The rooms were comfortable and the beds were big! Hot water at all times which is rare in Palawan! Tricycles available at all times, free airport shuttle. Staff spoke good english and were very helpful! Minibar (we could keep our own drinks cold throughout our stay), also pretty rare luxury to have in Palawan.

They didn't buy enough fruit and veggies for the day so many items of the menu were not available. The pool looked very cloudy and full of clorine. When we were there, the use of the pool was forbidden, but the showers by the pool made it possible to sunbathe. A La Carte food was not so good.

Clean, well designed, pleasing aspect. Well finished and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere. Pleasant staff. Good food.

Swimming pool closed so kids got bored. Early morning breakfast was late (under-resourced) making us late for a trip. Having said that the quality of everything else makes these problems small ones. I would recommend this hotel and I would return gladly.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. Security at the hotel is excellent with entry strictly prohibited to guests - armed guard at entrance. Taxi usually parked outside for guests so no need for calls, food excellent. Pool very clean. Definitely recommend

I took out a packed lunch on day and threw it away. It was sandwiches from the menu and they were boxed up just like they would be served in the hotel with fries and island dressing. The result was a pretty ugly mess. I did not complain as maybe it was my fault as I should have been more specific. But the footnote is that the hotel should perhaps think about food specifically for take out on day trips. Lastly the shower pressure was very low and showers would benifit from a boaster pump.

ideal pick up location to access the touri spots. very nice relax "island" in the life as it is in Puerto Princesa.
