A place where you can live a stress-free and meaningful life. Situated in Escala, Corona Del Mar, Pooc, Talisay City. Registered guests can enjoy free use of Corona Del Mar subdivision swimming pool just 5 minutes walk to the beach front. There is a comfy 1 twin size bed, 1 queen size bed, 2 couches, a floor mattress, 2 closets and a dining table set for 4 persons. A living room with 32 inchTV with satellite TV. We provide sheets, towels, soap, shampoo and a liquid bath soap. The following amenities are available: washing machine, shower, water heater, refrigerator, induction cooker, pot and pan, cookware, rice cooker, dinnerware, and silverware. For light cooking only. Guest can use everything in the unit including the roof deck. Access to the Coronal Del Mar subdivision beachfront swimming pool for free ONLY for registered guests. A carport is available for parking of 1 vehicle. Streetside parking in front for 2 vehicles are allowed ( for free). Contact the host in advance for the specific time of check-in and check-out. Inform in advance if there are other appliances brought from outside. Strictly ONLY registered guests can stay in the space. The space can accommodate for a maximum of 4 registered guests ONLY. For the safety and security of the guests, registered guests are asked to provide identification as a requirement for endorsement to subdivision admin and entrance gate security personnel. Parties/gatherings in the space are strictly prohibited. Subdivision's club house amenities can be used for family gatherings with non-registered guests.
