The condo is located at South Residences - Tower 4, Almanza Uno, Las Piñas...just steps away from SM Southmall. The unit can comfortably accommodate for 4 persons with one queen bed and 2 single beds. There’s also a sofa bed provided for that cozy rest for your movie bingeing as the TV with free Netflix access is in the living room! It also has full kitchen amenities for you to enjoy light cooking.
We offer a tranquil and refreshing experience with its simple and minimalistic design and decor while providing a serene and uncluttered ambiance for you to unwind and recharge. Despite its no frills approach, the unit still ensures that you have all the conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this minimalist retreat.
South Residences is a conveniently-placed condominium right next to SM Southmall, a big shopping mall where you can shop and dine to your heart’s content. It is also close to other shopping malls such as Molito and Alabang Town Center and to business districts such as Filinvest Corporate City or the Madrigal Business Park. Nearby popular schools are San Beda College - Alabang, De La Salle Santiago - Zobel and University of Perpetual Help System. My condo unit does not have parking but convenient paid parking is available at SM Southmall.
