The Neighborhood. No need to ride cab or jeep if you want to go to shopping and grocery stores. Across the Festive Walk with various food choices, Newly opened Market place by Rustans grocery, Festive Mall with two drug stores and SM grocery store inside located at the ground floor . There are live music at the Festive Walk area , it’s a best place to stay and a best place for your get away . Night chill-outs every thursday to sunday 4pm to 2 am located at Emperador beside of Madison with live band and food festival. Please note: swimming pool is close every monday for sanitary reason. ●Guest can access swimming pool and gym area.
