Comfy modern nature-themed condo with picturesque skyline and fantastic view of Mt. Apo and sea view of Samal right at the heart of the city, just a walking distance to 7-eleven, laundry shops, foreign currency exchange centers, banks, ATMs, malls, Peoples' Park, Ateneo de Davao University, Marco Polo, and the famous Roxas Night Market and Pasalubong Center.
I love traveling. I like discovering new places, immerse in their culture and taste their delectable cuisines.
Our place is at the heart of the city. It's very accessible to public transportation. You can just wait at the lobby while the guards hail a taxi for you or go outside for public transportation. At the ground floor, there's 7-eleven and a pizza resto. Just a walking distance are laundry shops, foreign currency exchange centers, banks, ATMs, malls, Peoples' Park, Ateneo de Davao University, Marco Polo, and the famous Roxas Night Market and Pasalubong Center. Our place is also near the Davao Convention Center, Abreeza Ayala Mall and other malls and one-ride to the different boat rides going to Samal (Island Garden City of Samal). Parking options include having to pay for parking inside the building or free street parking. Access to public transportation (taxi and jeep) is available.
