the staff was kind, the room big and clean. the meal is quite expensive (obviously for Poland!), the breakfast is quite poor. There isn't much to see near Krosno, and the Hotel is quite hard to find. |

The hotel was comfortable and our rooms were spacious. The staff were polite and courteous. They automatically billed me in GBP on my credit card rather than PLN at a worse exchange rate without offering me the choice. This should not be standard practice. |

Het personeel was zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren ruim en comfortabel en het eten was goed. Voor kinderen tussen 8 en 12 is in het hotel weinig vermaak aanwezig. |

un accueil chaleureux, à dimension humaine, le calme propice à une bonne nuit de sommeil, le choix entre cuisine indienne et polonaise. le site ( quartier style lotissement ) et l'absence d'ascenseur, mais le personnel s'empresse de vous porter vos bagages à l'étage. |
