This climatic one-bedroom apartment will be perfect for 4 people! If you are looking for a place to spend time with friends or family - this flat will be the right choice! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all necessary kitchen utensils for cooking and serving meals. There is also a beautifully designed living room with a flat-screen TV, a double bed and a sofa bed. Additionally, the apartment will also be a great option for those working remotely due to the designated space with a desk. The bedroom has a large double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and you will also find towels and toiletries. Guests can make full use of high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as amenities such as a hoover, washing machine and hairdryer. The parking space is private and in the courtyard, enter through the black gate using the remote control for the barrier. You can park your car in any free space.
