The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean, spacious and stylish. Hotel is situated in a lovely square which has a holiday atmosphere and lots of pavement cafes adn bars. It is also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Krakow. |

nice staff,good location, a cultural mix of things and people not really--access to a general computer in a general location would have been nice--eliminates traveling with a computer whether on business or pleasure |

The restoration of the building was beautiful. Nice area with many restaurants in walking distance. The hotel bar had a wide selection of cocktails & was reasonably priced. |

This was a treasure of a hotel tucked into the Jewish square in Krakow. The hotel was elegant and luxurious, the staff professional and helpful, the room beautiful and comfortable, the restaurant and food extraordinary, and the price affordable. I will definitely return, as well as recommend it to my friends and family! |

This is a lovely hotel, in a wonderfully renovated old building, in the heart of Kazimiercz, the former Jewish district of Krakow. It is quite new, very well maintained, and has some luxurious touches. The breakfast/dining room is attractive, in a small glassed-over courtyard. Staff were helpful (in English). From my room on the quiet (i.e. courtyard) side, I could hear the sound of the municipal trams passing not far away, not a problem for people used to a level of city noise from their bedrooms. |

Excellent location, walking distance to major attractions in city center, great restaurant and many others on the same block, very good staff. My only criticism is the low bedposts which extend beyond the mattresses and are hidden by the bedspread; I painfully banged my shins on them three times. |

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent. Our room had no external windows. On the first night the room was so hot that we had to sleep with no covers and still woke up sweating. The air conditioning was fixed/adjusted the next day, but with no windows we had to keep the airconditioning on the whole time we were there. |

location, small and discreet, specific "climate" of the hotel, free internet in the room, corner shower in the bathroom rooms in the back are quite noisy due to trams on the street (the opposite site of the building from the main entrance), slow personell during breakfast, smoking allowed during breakfast (?!?) |

Very gentle staff and very nice location (10 minutes walking from the city center) No wi-fi only cable. In addition the cable was very short and the only way to use it, was to put the laptop on the floor. |
