Neighborhood info

City Park Loft is located in the City Park complex, since 2006 in transformed barracks once belonging to the 15th Poznań Uhlans Regiment, which were built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The space has been adapted for exclusive apartments, restaurants and a commercial area. The barracks built of red brick have gained a modern look with the help of many steel and glass elements, and the entire complex is surrounded by a park. City Park is bustling with life again and enjoys great popularity, which is why we present our next apartment here. The advantage of the apartment is its great location: in the City Park complex, a prestigious location on the map of Poznań, surrounded by gardens and the best restaurants. It is an ideal place to take advantage of the cultural offer and events organized in Arena Hall, which is located next to the complex. The distance from the Poznań International Fair and the Main Railway Station is approx. 1 km. Avenida and Stary Browar, i.e. shopping malls with boutiques of world brands, are also nearby. Guests who want to spend time actively can go to Wilson Park, unique and colorful in summer, where there is also a Palm House.
