In order to increase the sense of security, the estate is guarded and has a reception. The location provides easy access to other districts, both by public transport and by car. A great advantage for international guests is the proximity of the Chopin Airport, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Moreover, the nearest metro stations (Służewiec and Ursynów) are reachable within 10 minutes by car.
