Hotel looked newly refurbished, very contemporary feel and very clean and comfortable. Excellent location , just metres from a lovely beach. Breakfast was exceptional, huge choice of hot and cold foods and excellent quality. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice balance between peaceful/quiet and lively with easy access to the nearby places (Vilamoura, Albuifera, Amacqo de Pera, Portimao, Lagos, Faro etc). It felt like a chilled relaxed area, a lovely promenade to walk along, plenty of restaurants to choose from. This was my first solo trip and I felt very safe, I would definitely come back here and do some of the activities on offer. There is huge selection of restaurants and bars to choose. Generally the quality is very good and cleanliness is good. Fish restaurants near the port are really good. If you like cooking there is the fish and veg markets, you can buy fresh fish daily as it is a working fishing port, also there is a large open air produce market about 500m from the port every Wednesday with many stalls. Lovely coffee and cake shops. Shopping ok but out of season so some shops closed. Beach wonderful Good transport by bus and free circular bus to gypsy market and Vilamoura Went to Family Bistro many times. Rita’s shop is great for good Portuguese shoes

The apartment was very clean and equipped with all necessities, and the garden and pool were well maintained. The communication with the very friendly host Pedro was smooth and flawless. Before our arrival we received from him a nice and clear "House Manual" with all the information about our stay. All in all, this was an extremely nice experience that we can highly recommend. There is a nice little outdoor area where my son could kick about a ball and the access to the shared pool is easy and the pool itself is very nice. The property manager was really friendly and helpful too. If you have access to a car, this is a great place to stay in Quarteira as the city/beach is only a 5-minute drive. For the price and the amenities provided (notably, the kitchen) it suited us perfectly.

There were rarely more than 10 people at the pool, the bar was always manned, and the staff were just wonderful. The apartment was gorgeous, very modern and just a few minutes from the beach. All of the appliances were top quality and the furniture comfortable. Best of all there were no steps.
