1 cozy apartment with 57m2 in the center of Lisbon, in a quiet street walking distance from LX Factory. It has been fully renovated and decorated in 2022, situated 1 Km from the Tagus River with many bares, restaurants and aquatic activities, also promenade were you can walk or use bicycles. It has a kitcheenet with living room and dining room, the room has a big double bed and the living room has a sofa-bed. Bed linen and towels are included. Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail, kitchen equipped with appliances needed for cooking, washing machine and ceramic hob. A Municipal tax of the city of Lisbon of 2 euros per person per night will need to be paid, for everyone over 13 years old to a maximum of 7 days, unless the stay is for medical reasons
I'm a Portuguese Flight attendant which involves extensive travelling. I am happy to host guests from all over the world. I travel extensively for work so I might not be able to answer phone so any question or request, please send it my message or email. I might not be able to welcome you but there will always be someone of my greatest confidence waiting for your check-in. I love spending time with my friends and family, having dinner in good company is my favorite way to spend my off time. I also like to spend time with outdoors activities. I am friendly, dedicated, helpful, hassle-free and it´s a pleasure to be around both socially and in any work/study environment.
10 minutes walking distance from LX Factory. 1 Km from the Tagus River with many bar, restaurants and aquatic activities, also promenade were you can walk or use bicycles. The bike path ahead is kms long with great floor both to run and to bike with a landscape out of sight, right on the Tagus River, where you can see the city of Lisbon to Cascais and stunning view of the 25 Abril Bridge and Christ.
