Apartment with a modern decoration, simple and fresh. It is located in the R / C of the building which is good for couples with a baby and even near the pool area. Right next to the beach and communal pool. It has a good garden and a playground of the condominium Very central location, no need to use car.

This apartment is located in a privileged area of ​​Albufeira, close to all kind of shops and one of the most famous beaches in the area, Oura beach. Quinta da Pedra dos Bicos, the urbanization where the property is located, is the ideal destination for visitors who want a holiday with beach and pool and easy access to the nightlife. The Srtip is a few minutes' walk away. There is a good supermarket and many restaurants and bars on the street, opposite the urbanization. Everything is accessible on foot.
