We only take on properties if we believe they are to the best possible standard and we work closely with the local property managers who meet you on-site or close by. Property info

This charming ground floor house is composed an open plan space with lounge and dining area. In the lounge you will find comfortable seating, TV (only Portuguese channels), DVD player and fireplace. Through the large patio doors you have access to the private terrace and garden . The dining area can sit 4 and the kitchen is equipped with all you may need to cook just like at home during your stay. There are 2 bedrooms, one is a double bedroom and the other has bunk beds, so the property can accommodate up to 4 guests. For groups travelling with babies, there is a highchair and a travel cot for your use. Outdoors, there is a private garden and terrace with outdoor furniture, a parasol and a barbecue grill, which you are free to use. For the colder months, there is central heating to provide a warm and comfortable stay. Please know that pets are not allowed in this property. Bringing a car is recommended and there is free off street parking in front of the property. Being situated only 350 metres from the fascinating Óbidos lagoon and all the wonderful places to visit in this area are definitely one of the best features of this property. Please be aware that only bookings from guests aged 21 years or older will be accepted.
