Alguns tópicos sobre as alterações efetuadas: nova cozinha com todas as comodidades e funcionalidades, incluindo um frigorifico grande; nova casa de banho com base de duche/poliban e todas as comodidades de uma moderna casa de banho; máquina de lavar roupa; roupeiros diversos, com uma excelente arrumação; mesa de jantar ou de trabalho; net com grande velocidade, podendo ligar-se diretamente ou se preferir utilizar wi-fi; moderna decoração com um ambiente zen. Dentro de pouco tempo vamos tirar e publicar as fotografias. Cascais-Excellent Studio,recently refurbished, with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, is located in the historic center of Cascais,in a quiet area, 5/10 minutes walk from the nearest beaches and a short walk ( between 100 and 300 meters) from the Cascais Town Hall, Paula Rego House of Stories, the Mar Museum, the Marechal Carmona Park, the Manuel Possolo Racecourse, the Cascais Marina and the best restaurants and bars inside the Village. Nearby there are other beautiful landscapes,golf,tennis,casino, excellent beaches and restaurants,namely Guincho, Estoril and Sintra. Cascais Train Station is a 10-minute walk away, providing several connections to Estoril, Lisbon and Sintra. This cosy Studio has an area and dining table for four people and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare and dine light meals. Towels and bed linen are also available. There is a private bathroom with an hair dryer and shower gel. This accommodation,with a full size bed,is especially recommended for a couple. But, in addition there is a sofá bed to accommodate an additional adult or two children, under up to the age of thirten.

I am a native of a rural country, Montes da Senhora, where I love to spend some time and take care of a small orchard that I planted recently. From the best there is in the historic center of Cascais, very quiet, well frequented and very safe. It is a few minutes walk from the beaches of Cascais, Guincho, the museums, theaters, the marina of Cascais, retaurants etc.
