Walking distance to downtown. Very convenient to Lisbon´s night life.

Neighborhood info

We have on the street one play kinder garden in the middle of a garden surrender by an esplanade cafe. We also have a daily market of fresh fruits and fish The metro station Picoas (yellow line) is a few steps We are just in front to the Police Headquarters ( High security and court) therefore a very safe place. You can go by walking to everywhere from our place ( 15 m to downtown) We also are 30m to the beach by public transportation However, if you traveler by car, we have one parking with vigilance 24h/day and the cost it the price of a coffee almost for all day on the street.
