Beautiful location everything was great except the weather raining and foggy, but we have no control over that,we had a great stay , very relaxing, and we will return in the summer, hopefully with better weather 😊

Very beautiful location with plenty to do around. Very cozy hotel. Needed extra bed for our 15 year old and it was for free in a seperate place by the entrance which gave as more space to move arround. Great game room(all for free at the basement- snooker, pimpong…) Very nice breakfast. The bar area is so nice with lots of sofas to read or to have a drink with beautiful view arround.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views, excellent parking space, very good breakfast with lots of choices (fruits, pancakes, cake, bacon, etc) and with a gorgeous view to the river and valleys, very clean room, extra and large pillows, good sized tv and well placed in front of the bed, bathroom was very clean with a good shower and an awesome floor, lots of space to put your stuff and hang your towels and with great privacy from the rest of the room, delightful gardens around the hotel, very enjoyable swimming pool with a great view and sun bathing chairs all around, great location close to Ferreira do Zêzere and Tomar...

The Staff were friendly but found it hard to communicate as most didn't speak English and when you are standing behind a barrier to be served your breakfast and the staff don't understand you it is very hard, and quite often ended up with something different to what i actually wanted, so prehaps would be better to have a menu for breakfast with it in a few langauges to make life easier for the Staff and the customer. Lovely views and fine if you like to be away from the action.

Location is the big selling point, the surrounding is wonderful and location allows you to visit many places relatively near the hotel. Staff in polite and nice to deal with. The dinner was wonderful, high grade grilled beef and a small courtesy from the house gives a pleasant impression to the paying customer. Still on the food departament, breakfast was good with diversed offering ranging from fresh fruit to scrambled eggs and bacon. Bathroom had a bath tub, such a treat when most places now only offer you a shower.
