Poor service in the restaurant.Also,it is imperative that you arrive early for breakfast as once food items run out they are not replenished.

The views are terrific and the pool area is nice though the water was quite cold despite the high summer temperatures. Reception staff are very helpful. Nice music throughout the hotel.

I didn´t like the restaurant. I found the food to be mediocre at best, the service was ridicously slow even by Portuguese standards and the ambiance there at night is truely depressing due to the dark decor and the serious lack of lighting. It´s not a space that I wanted to spend time in. This restaurant could be great as it overlooks the pool area and has large window but it needs a makeover. It needs to be "lightened". Breakfast is better as there is daylight but the breakfast itself is pretty dull. Also they are very slow to replace items that have run out. At least that was the case when I was there. The hotel is in the sierra so the drive is up a mountain port. A bit hairy the first time you do it. Also there are no restaurants nearby except in Covilha but due to the drive it´s not really an option at night. So you have to dine in the hotel.

We would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in the bedroom!

Attitude of staff was very poor. Especially one woman who manages the dining room. I had pre-arranged a dinner, bed and breakfast rate which included dinner at 22 euros. The hotel disclaimed all knowledge of this agreement until I produced the email and then they reluctantly gave us a very poor scra\thed-together meal.

Really great views to the valley and a nice hotel. Staff was really friendly and helped us even prepare the car route to travel over Serra Estrela Mountain with the tips for wine and cheese tasting and restaurants on the way.

You have to be aware - hotel is not 10 minutes from the ski resort - rather 20 min, there are now squads, massages and Jacuzzi in the hotel like shown in the pictures. It is about 10 minutes by car away and it is not open during evening hours.

Gostei da localização , das comodidades . vista excelente sobre a cidade da Covilhã e para a serra.

A zona da piscina não estava devidamente limpa para se tirar proveito .

Do barulho desde as pessoas a tomar banho, um simples puxar do autoclismo ,e dos aparelhos do ar condicionado que por azar ficarão por baixo da varanda onde fiquei instalado.

Adoramos o pequeno almoço, muito bom. Sala muito bem arranjada e com vista para a piscina muito bom. Receção muito calorosa. Simpatia no atendimento e disponibilidade.

Em termos de conforto, o AC do quarto é incapaz de refrigerar e/ou ventilar o quarto.

Gostei da tranquilidade e da simpatia. A localização é muito boa para que precisa de descansar, pudendo disfrutar da beleza da serra. Foi muito bom
