Friendly staff, very nice rooms, good breakfasts, closeness to metro and railway station and nice location. Payable and expensive wireless internet. |

The location and the hall (very smart). Nice bathroom too. The coffee was very bad, which is even more worrying in a country where coffee is excellent at any coffee shop. Breakfast overall was good, but no immediate offer of hot food. |

El desayuno a excepción del café, muy malo. Cobrar por conexión en la habitación a internet, creo que deberían plantearselo seriamente ¿cómo van a cobrar por eso si hoy en día la mayoría viajamos con portátil? Viajo con mucha frecuencia a Lisboa y este detalle me hace no volver a este hotel. |

A simpatia e atenção de todos os funcionários. Os quartos são bons, espaçosos e o hotel tem um ar acolhedor. Deveriam de ter mais um funcionário a servir á mesa para a cafetaria e restaurante pois torna-se dificil a uma só pessoa atender todos atempadamente, acabando os clientes do restaurante por ficar muito tempo à espera. |

Promptitudinea serviciilor a fost una remarcabila, micul dejun este diversificat, personalul este amabil si a ajutat chiar si cu instructiuni referitoare la anumite puncte din oras. curatirea camerei poate fi efectuata mai bine, iar daca exista doua persoane in camera as oferi pentru ambele gel de dus si sampon (am stat doua persoane si mereu ni se aducea cate un tub din fiecare). |

Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen recht ruhig. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Metro gerade 100 m entfernt). Reichliches Frühstücksbuffet. MitarbeiterInnen äußerst hilfsbereit. |

O acesso directo da garagem para o quarto. No quarto em que fiquei, não existia fecho de segurança nem sequer o típico indicador para colocar na porta para não incomodar. |

dat ik de 2 de nacht een stille kamer kreeg, en niet zoals de 1 ste nacht aan de drukke straatkant werd geplaatst.(er waren ook stille kamers beschikbaar.) dit noem ik desinteresse naar de klant toe. Vond dit niet echt een NH hotel vergeleken met andere NH hotels |

Die Nähe vom U-Bahn-Eingang und Bus Haltestelle wiegt die Entfernung des Hotels auf. Am W.E. war es sehr angenehm dort zu frühstücken. Das Frühstück Büfet war immer perfekt. Großes Kompliment an dem Personal. Eine Kleinigkeit. Es wäre schon Tee im Zimmer nachzufüllen wenn es verbraucht ist. |
