Hotel Toural  

Geräumiges, großes Zimmer, gute Matratzen, sehrgguter Frühstücksservice

Die Hotelbar war äußerst schlecht ausgestattet. Es gab nur jeweils eine Sorte Weiß- bzw. Rotwein. Nachdem wir am ersten Abend Rowein getrunken hatten (2 mal 0,5l-Flasche), gab es am zweiten gar keinen mehr. Vom Weißwein (auch 2 mal 0,5l-Flasche) mussten wir eine wg. Korkgeschmacks zurückgehen lassen. Eine weitere Fl. gab es nicht! Das war für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel mehr als schwach. Die Großbaustelle vor dem Haus (der Platz Toural wird anlässlich der Kulturhauptstadt 2012 neu gepflastert) war zu ertragen, da tägl. Baubeginn erst um 8.00 Uhr. Anfahrt schwierig wg. Baustelle

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The reception staff especially one of them were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with freshly baked cake !

The hotel was extremely noisy from outside traffic and people all night long. We hardly had any sleep as it was so noisy with people shouting and slow continual traffic. It felt like the windows were open all teh time but they were closed .

Location is great. Just in the heart of historical centre, it is possible to walk to attractions. Nice restaurants close by. Free wifi, good signal everywhere in the hotel. Good breakfast.

It is not very easy to find the entrance since it is at the back street. A visible sign would be nice.

Staff - excellent. Nice view of Toural square. Four stars maybe too much rating for this hotel (breakfast is nowhere near 4 stars) but regardless of the advertised stars it's a good place.

Lack of isolation (temperature and sound) of the doors-windows.

Hotel Toural is a very charming hote,l and the rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpfull, and the breakfast is delicius

Nice hotel. Very well located in beautiful city of guimaraes. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was very rich and served very aesthetically. The room was big and clean.

The room and bath facilities were out-dated. The light in the room was much too dim.

Nice location, good breakfast, good service and good atmosphere. All the staff were very kind and professional. I saw them getting ready to paint the reception area as I was leaving - not someone from outside, but people who serve breakfast, people who works at the reception etc. It was nice to see that they care where they work and take care of their working place. I think after all that kind of spirit makes customers feel welcome and create a good atmosphere.

I parked well but ... possible problems with parking. For me bell ringing - like music (I'm Russian) -but what about you? Under the windows we had a few small restaurants ... possible noise at night

The staff at the front desk (especially Miguel) and at Breakfast (Gentillle) offered the best service I had at any hotel. They went beyond what is expected and were genuinely interested in helping and making my stay enjoyable. This was my second stay at Hotel Toural and I will be coming back next year for leisure.

The hotel ia located in the heart of Guimaraes and then is the ideal solution for both tourism and business in that town. Hghly recommended!
