Located 10 minutes walk from Madalena Beach and a quick drive to the main tourist attractions in Porto, Live, Laugh, Love Beach Guest Home is a complete, modern and quiet guest house with a shared swimming pool. You can relax, have fun and sunbathe while enjoying a friendly atmosphere around the swimming pool. Pick and enjoy the oranges, mandarins, figs, persimmons, plums, olives and lemons available on the property during the season! *The swimming pool is seasonal and its open from 15th April till 15th October, from 09h00 to 19h00; *The swimming pool only allows access to children supervised by an adult. *Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. *Smoking is not allowed inside our apartments. An additional fee will be charged if the rule is broken. *The use of the pool and common areas is exclusive for guests registered in the reservation. Otherwise, a value will be charged for each additional guest. *During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. *The air conditioning units should not be set to temperatures above 20ºC, and we advise against turning them all on simultaneously if you plan to use the water heater or stove.

The apartment is close to Madalena Beach which is very quiet, with large sandy beach, some rocky areas and calm sea. Located in a residential area with a combination of nature, beach and city (10 minutes away from Porto). You will also be in waking distance from Blue Flag Beaches, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and cycle tracks.
