The room was clean, bright from ample windows, the kitchen had all required to cook. Toiletries were supplied, as well. The staff was very responsive to questions and needs. The location is excellent for accessing the historic section of Porto. I would certainly stay here again.

Judging from comments by other guests, I was allocated one of the better apartments and it was one of the best furnished and equipped in my experience of such accommodation. All amenities were available and spotlessly clean and even included an office-standard fire extinguisher and comprehensive first aid kit. The location is very central and a few minutes walk away from two Metro stations. It will be my first choice of accommodation for future visits.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The location was great and perfect for walking everywhere. Although, I only used the fridge, everything was there if I wanted to do my own cooking!! The bathroom is very small and 0 counter space, but the shower was great, with lots of hot water!

the apartment is centrally located so you can be almost everywhere by feet or by taxi; it has a functional kitchen, good darkness in the night to sleep comfortably, a functional climatization, it is clean, pleasant and relatively central. Markets, metro station, restaurants, shops, all is very conveniently located in a sort distance. The staff is great for communication.

Great location close to main metro that goes to the airport. Everything was very close the the appartment. Bakeries, shops, the old town right in front of you. Large spaces in the appartment, everything was there, in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom, good beds also!

Makkelijk om de woning te betreden, de voordeur had een code slot en boven lag de sleutel in een locker. Hele goede locatie, vanuit trindade metro station ben je op 2 minuten bij de accomodatie. Verder hele centrale liggen.
