Marco, our greeter/host, was super helpful and informative and exceptionally responsive to all our questions. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. Granja is a lovely sea resort, very quiet in October. A couple of nice restaurants and bakeries nearby. 30mins on the train (which is a 5min walk to the station) takes you into Porto. Trains are super cheap and reliable! We also used the Bolt app, which was equally cheap for a group of us. The villa itself is very well equipped. We were a group of 8 ladies who spread ourselves out over all 3 floors. Beds very comfy. The top floor wasn't as dormitory-like as I expected. There is some privacy with use of curtains to divide the floor space. The view from the top of the house is fab! Pool small but useable.

It was perfect location - just a few meters from ocean. You can see and feel it from balcony. If you are a big company - it is a great place to stay as you do not feel each other due to a lot of separate rooms, you may get a privacy at any time. Home is eqipped with all necessary to cook, live and have a fun, even bicycle is available. As a family with adults and kids - we still found anything necessary for any preferences. It was pleasant suprise to find a welcome wine and coffee. And our host Marco showed the ever best care and support at any time. The location is also vert close to the bakery and local fish market. Will definately come back!

La ubicación es extraordinaria a unos 20 minutos de Oporto a 50 metros de una playa brava con un atardecer espectacular, casa amplia éramos 6 pero da para 15. El Jacuzzi y la piscina muy aprovechables. La sala de juegos con futbolín y pingpong muy útil si vas con niños

Wij zijn met onze vriendengroep van 13 mensen op examenreis geweest naar deze villa. Het huis was super mooi en schoon en de locatie is fantastisch! Met de trein zit je zo in Porto of Aveiro en het strand is letterlijk aan het einde van de straat. Er zitten supermarkten in de buurt, met de fietsen die bij het huisje zijn inbegrepen ben je er in 10 minuutjes. De host, Marco, heeft ons verblijf geweldig geregeld en heeft ons fantastisch behandelt. De communicatie met hem was gemakkelijk en hij was altijd vriendelijk. Wij hebben genoten!!
