Property info

Marigold Cascais Villa, a beautiful 3 bedroom house. This villa features a private garden, a big sparkling salt-water pool and off-street parking for 2 cars. The main en-suite bedroom is large, bright and has a balcony. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The large kitchen is fully equipped. The expansive lounge and dining room is full of natural light with French doors leading to the garden. Fully equipped large kitchen of 23 m²: fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, new dishwasher, new microwave, new oven, new washing machine and a new tumble dryer. Fans in each bedroom. Inside 8-seater dining table Fire-place (not necessary in summer). Bedding included (blankets, pillows, sheets, towels, etc.) WIFI MEO Satellite Three flat screen TV’s: living room (TV + Netflix) kitchen (TV + Netflix) master room (Netflix) Guest toilet downstairs. Private garden with lots of greenery. Salt-Water Swimming pool (10 m X 4,5 m). The pool technician will come once a week to maintain and clean the pool. Two sun loungers with cushions. Two outside showers (one with hot water) Outside 4-seater dining table Possibility to park up to 2 cars inside the garden and 2 more cars on the street.

The location is perfect, only 250 meters from 5 restaurants, a few shops and a bus stop, 17 km from historical Sintra and 35 km from Lisbon and the airport. It is located in a quiet one-way street in the trendy suburb of Birre (Cascais).very close of a (18 holes) Golf Club, Cascais centre and Guincho Beach.
