This two-bedroom Duplex apartment is located in Largo do Picadeiro 8, close to the Teatro Nacional de São Carlos, in the centre of the beautiful and historical Chiado district. Fully renovated and tastefully decorated, it is the perfect place for those who want to be in the noblest point of the city, with comfort and tranquility. The apartment is a space reborn from the past but reinvented by contemporary creativity and adding the comfort of design and the elegance of avant-garde furniture. Past and present merge into more spacious or intimate scenarios but both charming and punctuated by details. Light and space are what we cherish most and we will surprise you with the balcony to Lisbon and the Tagus. Between the cozy fireplace in winter and balcony with stunning views over Lisbon, you will certainly have difficulty in choosing. The building has two elevators. If you have (or want to rent) a car, we have a parking space included in the price. A real luxury in the city centre - although you'll be in such a central region that you probably won't need to use a car for anything.
