Property info

High standard and spacious apartment inserted in a luxury condominium, with swimming pool, free parking and a few meters from Santo Amaro de Oeiras beach. Just 15 minutes by train from Lisbon's city center, it is a great alternative for family trips or groups of friends. This is the perfect beach atmosphere with superior comfort and the best amenities available. *Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. *The apartment has equipment that controls the noise level. We wish our guests an excellent vacation, but always respecting the neighbors' night rest. If the equipment is turned off, our staff will be notified. Any infraction related to the disrespect of the noise rules may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. Construction work is ongoing in the building and rehabilitation work is taking place in the swimming pool, which will be closed.

Beaches, leisure opportunities, shops and a glamorous lifestyle are all to be found along the Cascais Bay, one of the places to get away from the city bustle. Just 20 minutes outside Lisbon, with the train station really near to the apartment, the refined seaside ambience of the Cascais Bay has a lot to offer: culture, nature, cuisine and numerous beaches where you can just relax. The area is particularly well-known for water sports and for the amazing golf courses that can be enjoyed during almost the entire year, thanks to Cascais' sunny weather.
