Graduated in Hotel Management and with more than 10 years of experience in the Hotel and Restaurant area in the Algarve, very busy between managing Pereira´s House of Charm and a restaurant at his disposal in the same neighborhood, Vasco is a very organized person , friendly and hardworking, he is passionate about architecture and design, which made him renovate this entire house in the most careful and sustainable way. He works and lives in Faro, the ideal city for a mini vacation, the house is located in a historic neighborhood close to all places of interest in Faro. Languages spoken: English, Spanish, Portuguese.

Property info

It is a typical Algarvian house built before 1950, but fully restored in 2019/2020, keeping all the original design and character of the house with all the modernity and comfort that we are used to today. Casa Pereira´s House of Charm will be rented the entire house, not just the rooms. So you can enjoy all the space to be at ease on your well-deserved vacation. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge (we are not responsible for any failure of the WI-FI service by the network distribution operator). Pereira´s House of Charm has 3 modern, spacious rooms. All rooms have a flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning and window, the floors are wooden. We hope that guests feel at home, with all amenities and attention to detail. The maximum capacity of the house is 6 adults. In the open space living room with high ceilings, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with all the conditions to make your meals, a coffee machine is also available. The private bathrooms include a spacious shower, towels, a hairdryer and free toiletries. At the rear there is a Patio with a table for meals, on the top floor a terrace where you can just soak up the sun.

It is a 3-minute walk from the port, with boat connections to several islands in the Faro area, close to everything you need for an excellent holiday in the Algarve.
